currently viewing: Tricolour The funnel of an abandoned tugboat in Penetanguishene Harbour. Well, not really abandoned. Grossly neglected, perhaps. The tug was decommissioned and sold as scrap to its current owner, who let it sit for years in an out-of-the-way corner of the harbour. Town council was compelled to complain about the eyesore the rusting hulk was to local residents, and the owner's response was to purchase a slip at the main dock of the town and park the tugboat there. Now it's right in the middle of the highest-traffic area in Penetanguishene harbour, and there doesn't seem to be anything the town can do about it.
